MikeloftyHHR, if you ever second-guessed yourself for putting those wheels on your HHR, don't.

They look amazing.

Im just wondering were to get some spacers? I possibly have a chance to get some Solstice rims for a my rims. Simple swap so I need to jump on this asap and just want them to fit the first go around and not have to worry about any thing. Any one got any advice on this?

I have an 09 LS...and mine went right on...I put 5mm spacers on the rears to give it a staggered look, but that wasnt a fitment issue... go get them!

As I was reading other threads I noticed people running 225 or 235 but the stock ones are 245 45/18s or something like that and thats whats on these. Now I cant just go out and buy new tires so I might just have to wait.

Those type rims look Sweet !!! 245 may be getting too wide, but not sure.

I have solstice wheelson mine with 235 40s. Without the spacer they would rub the front strut so I added 7mm spacers but I also installed longer studs, because I like to have some thread for my lugnuts to grab onto. Some people did not add longer studs and are not having any issues. If you use 225 wide tires they should not rub. I love the look of mine.

Before adding the spacer, would they rub on the inner sidewall, or the top of the tire on the bottom of the spring?
