They make mechanical adjusters( that is, adjusting without going under the car, cable driven) for coil springs..so you can "dial" in for racks, garage work...drag strips..

Oh sure, KW makes a variant that you can control on the fly with your I phone. But these were enough of an investment for me......the Iphone controlled ones are 3500.00...

Sam if it wasn't for all your testing of tires, springs & coilovers I'd still be on Pedders. When the time comes that I need tires I know who to call.

I see you put the SS wheels back on the short bus.

The new tires I stumbled over, really I just went in to get rotated and saw them setting there. They fit the SS wheels better and are stiff sidewalled really quick turning, go with the KW's well had to get them on the SS.

The wider soft side wall tires are sweet on my drive to work panel. So now I have extended studs on both of them. Had to throw a 5/16 spacer on the SS so the lugs wouldn't bottom out, pushes the edge right on out there.

But this is the BC coilover thread have you played with the damping yet ??? I am guessing just a click or two is enough for driving around town ??

I'm running 5 in the rear and 7 up front, haven't spent much time driving it with the slick roads, I did get out today & took the back way into town, alot of flat corners, stuck nice.

Looking really good Rainman. Your ride is setting just about where mine is, with the Pedders XA Coilovers, and 255/40/18 Hankook V-12 Evo Tires. I'm 23-1/4" bottom of rim lip to fender, front and rear, on level ground.
I'm really happy with the Pedders XA coilovers, and the Hankook tire setup. Thing is a beast on the handing, and sticks really hard on the street and autocross course. I'm loving it.
Town: 5 clicks from soft on front-9 clicks from soft rear. Autocross: 22 clicks from soft,front-20 clicks on rear.
Ride height is about as low as I care to go. Sits level.
Going to Follow Chefhhr lead and put on a set of Red anodized, extended lug nuts, to match my red accents, tomorrow.
Loving Mike's Tru-fire[Mike is a friend of my in the trade]. "Moon"
