strange brake problem

strange brake problem

2011 hhr 54000 thousand miles after coming to a complete stop you can press the brake pedal and the steering wheel has a slight movement left to right you see and feel it move each time you press release the brake pedal engine running car in gear anyone ever have this problem?

In order of probability:
bad hub
bad ball joint
bad tierod ends
bad LCA bushing
bad rack

Anything that would let wheels the toe out when moving, then the caliper forces the offending part to be parallel with the brake pads.

The wheels want to be toe out.
