Strut parts...what's it called?
**Let me start by saying that I did try the search function, but if you don't know exactly what it's called....it's hard to search for
I am getting ready to install my lowering springs. But instead of taking my factory stuff apart and swapping springs only, I would like to remove the front struts as a unit (in case I want to return to stock height) and simply install new struts with the new springs and everything else needed.
I can pick up the stuts and the upper strut mounts locally. I ordered the new bumpers and boots online. I have the springs already, too.
What I need to know is... isn't there a cushion on either end of the springs? (Just the front. I know about the rears)
And if so, what is it actually called and where can I buy them? (online, dealership, etc...)
Any assistance would be very helpful.

3 parts needed if you want to renew everything when you do the job, look at this diagram for reference. Part #7 on the breakdown is GM PN#22716379 (Seat, Front Spring). Part #6 on the breakdown is GM PN#22716382 (Insulator, Front Spring). And finally Part #2 on the breakdown is GM PN#22695953 (Insulator, Front Spring, Lower). Your parts store can cross reference these numbers, or you can get them online at Rock Auto etc.
