Not yet. We have been working for several months with vendors trying to bring them to market. It is a long and tedious process. As soon as they are released, we will have them available on our site.

Hope it helps,

Hey Mike...didn't someone here put some Monroe shocks on their HHR or were they just talking about it?

Monroe 58575st some vendors just use the 58575..
you will need some steel 1/2 & 9/16 flat washers to offset it away from the the frame due to the coil.. for the upper part and lower end..

No. No struts. He bought Monroe coil-over load-levelling shocks (designed for another application - Chevy Vans actually) for the rear, but the actual length is still too long for a lowered HHR (I know because I ordered a set myself and measured them).

I've been through the application guides with both the Monroe and Gabriel factories and there are no applications available for the HHR at this time. (*you can always mickey mouse something, but that doesn' mean it has the proper stroke length, valving, eyelet mounts, and extended/compressed lengths.)

We are working with the pros who design struts and shocks to bring both stock height and lowered application shocks and struts to market. It takes time, but we've already been working on it a couple of months, so hang in there - eventually it will happen.

Here we go again..

My measure ments.. are fine..
I have the now proper valve movement in the rear shocks only...
( couldn't find a cross reference for the fronts)

Theres no mickey mouse applications

before my vehicle bottomed out, .. and somone metion they didn't..

But found out myself the shocks did...

Now after installing them I don't get the bottoming out .....
and it can now hold a load of items.. without worrying ...

Sounds great Henry. Glad you're happy (that's all the matters).

When the shocks came in I measured them and they were too long (compressed), to work properly.
We have an account with NAPA so I just left them there...

Once we have shocks & struts built specifically for the HHR, it will be a good thing.
