sway bar for HHR
I heard that would solve the "clunking" problem and was going to give it a shot soon. Mine doesn't do it all that often but i notice it when it does.
The way they are wound (like a bee-hive) on both ends, you can't chop any off with out serious re-winding. Better to just get Good springs..

Just as an FYI-I just recieved my $20 rebate check today from Eibach after buying their rear sway bar through Pep Boys in January. Any who bought anything from Eibach and sent them a rebate months ago-there may be hope for you yet...
Eibach through PEP Boys-Free Shipping, $144 inital cost, $20 bucks back, total $124.

We found this to be Sway Bar End Links....

That post has pictures to what it looks like. Seems the end links can be had for 25-35 a piece and can be installed by yourself
No..thats a front end clunk,unrelated..sway links,,the rear will also on occasion make a sound as the coil rubs the lower spring cup, the remedy was to flip the spring upside down..seems this mainly pertains to GoldLine springs
Yes, that clunk. Started when I installed the Goldlines and have heard about it many times on many forums. Just heard about the flipping of the springs a few weeks ago. Will have to try it and see.
first one broke after 6 months they replaced it in Dec. 2010, here it is the first of June today heard a rattle went to Midas put it on the hoist the Eibach rear sway bar broke just like the first one, called them the new redeaign wont be ready ubtil sometime in July? I think I will have it removed and buy the Progresive Engr. in Orange county. Eibach said they would take the broken one off so Ill let them take it off and then drive to Progresive.

Is that the same as Progress Tech. ??? (these guys.... http://www.progressauto.com/ ) I can vouch for that bar, it's solid construction and works! You won't break that one.
