Blue- I think some of the cars have went a bit older & some newer.. But agree it started as a 50's car contest, but was getting limited imo.

Yep Greybeard got it. 1958 Ford X2000 concept car. The stock Ford hubcaps are a big give away, to it.

Looking at the vertical center section of the grill , it doe's has the Edsel look to it. and a lot of the 61 T-bird styling. john

It was known as the Dual-Ghia, and it featured an unbeatable combination of reliable Motor City-bred Dodge V-8 power and gorgeous hand-beaten bodywork by noted Italian carrozzeria Ghia, of Turin.

Dodge D-500 Red Ram V-8 Hemi engine, Carter four-barrel carburetor, Chrysler Powerflite two-speed automatic transmission, independent front suspension with unequal length A-arms and coil springs, live rear axle and semi-elliptic leaf springs, and four-wheel hydraulic drum brakes. Wheelbase: 115 inch.
