Right side stub shaft came out while driving

GM 8382 APWI from rock auto half shaft for drivers side. The passenger side I think is a driveworks from advance.
ACDELCO 24203910 seal rock auto. I always compare shafts when I change them.
The new seals are from Nappa,they stock them at a good price. The drivers side seal still looks good but I am going to change anyway. $15 is cheap insurance, I don’t like leaks! Like I said I didn’t finish the drivers side so maybe it didn’t seat but the passenger side has been in for at least 1500 miles. I want to get a scope and check the slot where the clip goes in. It just seems crazy that the passenger side let lose the same time as the drivers.
It happened when my daughter was turning left out of a gas station. I’m sure she gunned it,it’s a very busy spot. Even before this she drove a few days. It’s not like she drives like a little old lady. Lol.
