Anyone able to lookup what the actual part number for the cooler lines is? RockAuto shipped me 15817233 and they are close but not correct. The longer line is not long enough and has different bends and kinks.

06 HHR LT 2.4 Auto

Incorrect part: https://www.rockauto.com/en/partsear...rtnum=15817233

fitment guide , that’s the right part number

So my vehicle's lines look exactly like the exploded view parts dialogue . The ones I received both lines are bent differently. The upper line appears to be too short to reach, unless I were to remove the #5 clip, and the lower line has two 90 degree bends in it that the original does not have. And there's no way I'm going to be able to get those clips out without pulling radiator out, especially the lower one. So I really don't want to tear it apart in the hopes that these different lines fit the same.

Actually, it appears that the lower one is shorter/bent in a different direction. Maybe try twisting the lower, there seems to be a different offset. Or, discard the spacer and fabricate a substitute.
I do notice there is an old part number.

Worst case, you can gently bent the pipe. There are spring looking devices made for the purpose.

Contact RockAuto, it appears the lower , shorter line is kinked at the bend.
I did notice that the line is made in Canada.

The picture of the part on RockAuto perfectly matches what was shipped to me. Furthermore the Dorman version from Advance and RA is the same as what I received......Le Sigh....Guess I'll cancel my return and try to make them fit. I'll follow up next weekend with pics and how it goes.

If the upper is too short, and the lower seems bent incorrectly... Can you rotate the lower one down, so that the ends of the lines are further apart, thus, the upper is no longer too short? I'm not sure how to state this in a clear way.

Funny you mention that. After my last reply I was moving them around and tried to orient them exactly the way your thinking - with the low line curves pointing up/down not left/right. It makes more sense this way but it put the upper line at an awkward angle. I'm certainly going to try this but with that spacer off.
