Vibration at 30 Mph

Hey All I have a 2010 HHR LS 2.2L I have been noticing at 30mph and 60mph I seem to get this light shaking from the front end suspension almost like driving over a washboard on a road I have replaced everything wheel bearings rotors struts control arms tie rod ends and ball joints New Wheels both sides all new tires because my tire guys claimed it was a bent wheel (Rim) Its not a heavy vibration its ever so light so its not gonna destroy the front end but for what I paid for this Bad Azz lil ride the money put in is well worth it, and its still there is it possible it is the CV Axles causing this issue? the boots are not torn but that cant mean the U Joint is not going bad Im Just trying to sort this out so I can enjoy my lil HHR Best car in the world thanks Guys

Yes, the upper engine mount is first suspect, look thru the oblong hole in the inner fender on the passenger side, see the bolt head, if it’s low and you can’t get a 15 mm deep socket on it the mount is toast.

That bolt head, it should be in the middle of the slotted hole
