Put new Clutch in and crushed transmission plug
Have another plug in place from different year wire color wasn't the same as 1 yellow 1 brown
What do the 2 plugs on manual transmission do ?
Have Clutch in car has yellow engine light on no codes turns over but will not run
car ran fine just wouldn't move before Clutch put in
Hear fuel pump working
The plug on side of transmission near wheel is fine
Plug you can get to from engine compartment on transmission may be wired backwards , this one was crushed
Would this wire keep car from running?

If wires are backwards and signal to match cam or crank sensor I can understand problem and wires must be switched, used last 2 crimp on connector and car now on grass , too lazy today

06 is a rust bucket with low miles my guess someone drove with emergency break on all the time purchased without looking at it good, ran like a top just wouldn't move
if wires are causing conflict for ECM this is problem I created after crushing plug, wired wrong

Now I don't even know what connector we are talking about. If it is the ECM connector the computers are completely different in the 3 cars I think you mean you looked at.

Have gas but no fire and haven't a clue, everything same but crushed plug unless car tampered with
Have problems with things getting moved = crushed plug, tampered with had everything out of way
08 SS turbo beaten chipping fan blade, messing up bearing, have scraping metal to metal sound de cellerating . while apart when last worked on it, thought it would need head so just bought another car for less than. Cost to fix. Metal hit spark plugs with no noticeable damage to compression, drive as is now takes about 60 miles to set off turbo code. Grinding sound anytime taking foot off foot feed blade hitting inside housing, slowly Grinding stuff quite er
Got 6 months out of last a to b beater same deal cost more to fix after tampering so purchase another car, i could go on. Attorney tells me to shut up about here
Will say purchase of new car would be waist of money, shiny target , have put 6 fuel pumps in one from people walking up with gas can while in wallyworld , fuel pump lasting about 60 miles after chemicals added, gas happened so many times can tell
One chemicals put in oil eating every rubber seal, i could go on , ,

Don't know what else may have been tampered with, cut wires on ? May drain gas tank or put gas in glass see if it is water
All cars different look up 06 and any explanation on 07 or 08 or someone tried to put 07 in 06 so nothing about 06
Engine light on my cheap reader at house says no codes. Need to get better reader use this one to take codes off car with gutted cats , don't drive it much needs front differential, 1/2 oil was drained out without my knowledge, I could go on, ,
Something is stopping fire to plugs and probably nothing I have done causing this problem, tampering my best guess, coil pack may have been easy to kill or cut wire for crank or cam pick up
Car is rusty but all grounds and fuse box under hood ok
Will Figure it out in time, not a race , hard stuff done
Too many problems with tampering, some easy to catch, some plane to see some with no fix , some like chemicals only come out in time like cut wires just in no mood to go over everything

put plug in clips on wire end, switched wires no difference, car will not run
looked at coolant plug in nothing touching, looks good
Problems I may have created changing clutch
1) smashed wire end , replaced and tried with wires both ways and unplugged speed sensor plug rear of engine top of transmission. new plug from 2.4 engine has different color wires same connector
2) engine eye bolt bolt snapped and engine dropped while trying to separate engine from transmission, could have pulled something lose? Have not noticed anything out of place, nothing was pulled tight
Car lot had moved the car by burning clutch all the way out, my guess someone put new clutch in and drove with emergency break on all the time , input shaft seemed stuck in clutch friction disk, had to pry apart and to my knowledge nothing else holding things together. small mountain of clutch dust inside that made a nice mess when things came apart
Car had dead battery, guy used jump box and car started every time , no idiot lights on , sounded fine. I put better battery in and car started fine. battery went dead in couple of days may need alt or starter, something killing battery, jumped and started no problems
have no idea how to check coil to see if fire getting to plugs, plugs (newer) look fine. Tried to flip tray with plug in sight and turn engine over with ground clip on plug, then read somewhere tray must be grounded at hold down bolts. Don't know if its getting fire only had 1 ground clip at time
engine only turns over with clutch pressed so figure that switch is fine, not aware of any other re sets after clutch work
It is getting gas can smell it, haven't checked pressure car was running fine before clutch work
Have tried mashing gas peddle to floor while trying to start
haven't checked all wire connections, when engine dropped after eye bolt snapped didn't go far , didn't notice anything in a bind, put floor jack under oil pan and just looped chain under edge of head, put nothing in a bind and kept jack under oil pan. was no place to put hanger from 2.4, bolt sheered off in head
completely charge battery with positive off
Put positive on , turn key to on position, turn head lights off yellow check engine light on (only light on) cheap OBD reader says no codes turns over will not start
Passenger headlight not lighting up probably ground, car ran fine before clutch work
Tampering , things I have not spent a lot of time on, put 5 gallons of gas in now sits over 1/2 tank
Gas , ran fine off property, press fuel rail pressure check point and smells like gas has pressure and can hear pump run like it should when key turned on
What am I missing, a ground I have over looked somewhere or plug in swapped without my knowledge seems like they are all in correct place and didn't unplug everything, engine coolant plug swapped with evap plug on engine only thing close enough and I didn't remove coolant sensor plug. maybe I need wire harness schematic for 06 and follow all connections?

clutch first and then timing chain put in a while back, car sat open and metal tossed into open hole, turbo hit several times with screwdriver busting blades and bending stuff
1st drive was oddly loud and could hear stuff going through exhaust, had skip that would come and go. got on road drove 20 miles out no problem, turbo grinding sound so kept foot out of it till way back about 6 miles from house. put foot in it and metal went through 3 cylinders caused bad skip, turbo grinding could hear fan hitting inside, aluminum on steel
had misfire code on 1, 2, 3 cylinders figured head toast , broke valves ect. parked car purchased another
months later checked compression and changed 2 spark plugs that where clearly damaged by debris . codes cleared, grinding sound stayed and took about 40 miles to get turbo code
I drive car sparingly , turbo clearly damaged and grinding any time i let foot off gas, turbo boost seems fine , I cant hear anything grinding when engaged but try not to use turbo when driving . kinda waiting for oil blow by or turbo locking up. this is why I purchased 06 car before 06 HHR lasted 6 months , damaged past car value point, not worth fixing
More to this , cant go over stuff, will only say I know there's stuff tampered with almost daily. I had no real problems putting clutch in this car, had more stuff in the way , took a little longer no problems like 06
