2006 HHR Spark Plugs 97,000 Miles

I've been getting the check engine light, stays on for awhile and then will go off for a short time...then back on...then back off. I got the code pulled and it was of course P0301 (misfire in cylinder 1). I started by today replacing the spark plugs. I'm assuming these were the originals and my car has just over 97,000 miles on it. Looking at the pictures it's how they came out of the car, from left to right and looking at the engine left to right. My question is, is the #1 cylinder the one on the right side or the one on the left side? The plug in the far right looked worse than the others so I wasn't sure if that was cylinder #1 or not?

IF they are in order from left to right as looking at the car from the front. Then number1 cyl. is the first one on the left

I bought the car with 60k miles on it so I am just assuming these are the original plugs...either way i'm sure the engine is still loving me.

They look right to be original.

They are good for 100,000 miles if all things are normal. Odds are now the light is off it is done. But if it comes back it could be a coil that is going.

Many cars see sensors and electronic items have issues around 100,000 miles.

I would also change the o2 sensors right now as you will be amazed how much performance degrades on them by that kind of miles. Even with no CEL light they can become sluggish in their response and changing them will improve performance and MPG.
