Old member here back looking for some info on a 2008 SS with 128000.
Can't believe how the prices have come down on these vehicles.
Owned a new 2007 for a few years.
It's on a chevy dealer lot. Got it marked down to $7500.00
Clean Carfax 3 owner vehicle. First owner had it 5 years which tells me it must of been decent vehicle.
Is this a good price for an SS with 128k on it?
What should I look for or be concerned with? Wondering how the turbo's have been holding up?

It’s a good price, double check everything, those 2008’s had porosity problems in the cylinder blocks.

 

Personally I would stay away from 2008. Price is little bit too high for that miles. 6500 maybe.

I've had an '08 SS since 2014 or 15 and it's been a pretty good car. Mind you, it only had 34,000 km (a little more than 21,000 miles) on it when I got it and it only has about 75,000 km (46,600 miles) on it now. It's probably the lowest mileage '08 SS out there.
