Given it was going to be a dyno mule, I'd assume he got the RWD version, but I did ask the question and did not hear back. Joey Granatelli is the one with the contacts and till after SEMA I won't know any more. I used to work for Granatelli, responsible for calibrating all the Ford MAFs when Ford went to the slot style MAF, modifying 4th Gen F-body speedometers to read to 200MPH and various other products the built. Designed Summit Racings first digital window switch, possible the first ever digital window switch. I assume given Joey's contacts, I'm sure he can figure it out. If this falls through I'll probably try for a 4 cylinder Ecoboost out of a Mustang.

Or an Ecotec 2.0 turbo charged 4 banger out of a Pontiac Solstice.

Sure, but a lot easier to find a Mustang than a Solstice and they will probably both work fine. Or, maybe Joey can get a deal on a Ford crate engine. I looked for the LNF crate engine, but chevy stopped offering it.

If I stumbled on a brand new 0 miles LSJ (complete with supercharger, to add to the delight?) at a great price, I might snatch it up and worry about how to use it later.

By most accounts, swapping a supercharger into an na car is a lot easier than a turbo, but I'm no expert.
