Ah.......man, that really bites. Hope he plans on paying for it. Maybe he should go back to driving school and re-learn how to use mirrors.

The trooper said it was my fault because I wasnt wearing glasses. The only time I wore glasses in my life was to get my license and thats it. It really was his fault though. I just got an estimate and they said around $6,000. The frame is bent and the drivers side rear door is ofline and it didnt even get hit on that side. it's worse than it looks.

Unless you backed into him, how the hell is it your fault? What, you didn't have your glasses on so you couldn't have seen that you were about to get hit from behind??? I don't get the logic.

I don't understand that one either ,I drive big trucks and they are always will ing to blame the truck driver, I just hate to see the hurt HHR, that really sucks dude, with the frame being bent maybe you will see a new HHR in your future?
