Actually.. I do need to be getting some iron pumping in.. Promised my Future Wife that I will do a Partner Dance performance with her in 2016! Time to shed about 50lbs and bulk up!

I missed your original and successive posts related to the accident.....I was in another part of the world soaking up cancer cells on a beach.
