Thanks Jessica,

When the Dealer does the job right, there are no problems.
They get my respect and praise.
It can be hard to find what I consider a good Service Dept with really helpful and knowledgeable Service writers and Techs.
I live in a smaller town and we have 1 good one and one not so good one.
I have had excellent repore with the good one.
