Were any US-market HHRs NOT built at Ramos Arzipe Assembly?

 

All HHR's were assembled at Ramos-Arizpe except for the pre-production prototypes, those were used by Chevrolet as show/concept vehicles, the rest were crushed because without VIN tags...they didn't officially exist, and were ineligible for street use or registration.
