Just looked on YouTube. Both hitches are installed the same way.

If you have 2 left thumbs, then have a shop do the install for you. I've been fixing cars and turning wrenches for years but the last 2 hitches I got I let the pros install them.

Thanks for the reply. If I have someone perform the installation is there any difference between the two hitches other than the price?

Thanks to all who replied to my inquiry. Looking forward to getting the HHR as it seems like it will be easier to use for trips to Costco/grocery store than parking the big Suburban (though of course I'm keeping it as it pulls the boat nicely).
