The horn is located just under and behind the left headlight. There are three screws and 5 plastic push plugs you will need to remove from the inner fender well to access it. I think the manual shows you how to change the head lamp bulb, that will get you close enough to see it. It looks like a standard GM horn, should be easy to swap out.

The horn can stay on mine. I just needed to know where that wiring was so I could tap into it for the air horns.

Yes.

Changing anything simple like a horn is an easy mod.
Putting on pinstriping is an easy mod.
Rollpans, grilles, lights, stereos, wheels, are all easy mods.

Want a difficult mod?

Design a rear disc brake kit.

Rear discs off a cobalt may work, I havent looked into it, or what modifications would need to be done, but it probably could be made to work.
