Hello PITTSBURGH HHR. I am a new member here and I would love to know the build date of my '07 HHR. The last 6 digits of my vin are 601180. I enjoyed watching the Steelers woop up on the Ravens Monday night

Hi Bob. Welcome. Your HHR was built 10/29/07. Boy, that seems pretty quick from when it was ordered to delivery.

Thank you for your response. We just picked up our HHR at 12:00 noon today. We are really happy with our choice. We had to special order, we could not find our combination available anywhere.
Asked the salesman if he could tell us the date of manufacture he said 10/29/07.
He gave me a copy of the “invoice” it shows an invoice date of 10/29/07.
It shows:
INVOICE 10/29/07
SHIPPED 10/27/07
EXP I/T 11/09/07
INT COM 11/09/07
PRC EFF 10/27/07
He could not explain the shipped date being earlier. It is confusing, they show a shipped date before what the salesmen thought was the build date.
Plus you are confirming a build date of 10/29/07.
I also was pleased with the delivery time. It was pretty quick. Could not find a “ordered” date on the dealer invoice. However, we ordered the HHR over the phone on Tuesday October 9th and the dealer said they placed the order Wednesday October 10th and we took delivery today 11/07/07. It came via rail to New Boston, MI.

PS: Pat is really happy she has her bowtie back. Her GMC YukonXL was a substitute
for a Chevrolet Suburban back in 2001. The GMC dealer gave us a better trade in value on her 1996 Chevy Tahoe.

My build date was 05/05/06, and rolled off of the RAMOS ARIZPE, MEXICO PLANT. So, mine was rolled of on the Cinco de Mayo in Mexico....pretty funny! My cousing works for GM in Detroit and was able to pull up all the build info on mine, and we got to laughing about the build date. But, he did say that the Mexico plant is one of their top plants, so that is good to know.
