Question Disposition of SoCal/Canepa/GM Bonneville HHR Remains?

Hi Folks, Just curious, but where did the "bones" of the Bonneville HHR go after the wreck? Knowing restoration people, that car will be sought after in 20 years. :-) God Bless, Marc

I thought I read it was being rebuilt by someone. Can anyone else say they heard this too?

Many thanks for the excellent photo. It is good to know that it was dropped into a metal compactor. Do you know if they are progressing on a rebuild, or if it is just safely waiting for the future? God Bless, Marc
