Auto parts recycling yard would be the place to find the fasteners. Look closely at the other side fender to see how they go together, which way the parts overlap, etc.

Harbour Freight has the pin pliers and the pliers for those two piece buttons.

Mopar uses the 2 part buttons, I replaced the 1 piece ones on mine with 2 piece. & made a puller tool.

I purchased a kit containing over 200 pieces of assorted sizes of plastic fasteners and a fork for removal. I've already used a few of them to replace missing fasteners.
