HPTuners!

And, FYI for everyone thinking about HPTuners and HHR coverage:

2.2:
06 & 07: E16a ECM. Not covered and will likely never be.
08 & up: E37 ECM. Not "officially" covered yet, but I have been working with them beta testing. I tuned an 09 in March. First attempt was a bust, but after an update the second try went well. Then went to tune an 09 Panel in Apr. That was a bust due to the different VIN structure and validation. Still waiting to the fix.

2.4:
06 & 07: E67 ECM. Mine was the 1st in Jan. 07. I've only done one other.
08 & up: E37 ECM. Pretty much the same situation as the 2.2 since they went to a common E37 ECM in 08.

LNF:
Pretty much covered and can produce great results with the right tuner.

Since I've only tuned a small number of HHRs (mostly other stuff), coverage is spotty, but getting better for the E37 cars. But since HPTuners is only a tool (does not include any tune), the tune will be no better than the tuner. There are a few good ones and many more bad ones, including "expert" shops!

For those that are not covered I would recommend Trifecta, though their support seems to have gotten overwhelmed lately. They do the actual tuning.
