From the factory mine point down at the ground. I would like to raise them so they point more than 10 ft. in front of the vehicle. How?

I would have to check but there must be an adjustment behind the lights,I never noticed.The Canuk.

 

There is a adjuster on each light that you have to get to by going under the front bumper, just like you were going to replace the bulb. Take out the push in's and I think two screws on each side of the inner fender splash guard.I did it , A little pain in the a$$. I adjust it like it says in the owners manual for the headlights, I just went about 1 inch lower then the headlights. Hope this helps
