I think what he is meaning by "beacon" is the spread & angle.

That's what I'm thinking too, European lighting standards are quite different from U.S. spec lighting, and then you have country by country differences.

France has different specs from Spain, Spain uses different standards than Portugal, etc.

I suppose that if sera for the regulations. In all that it has awhile I do a few photos of the area and it will check the rest of lights to see if there are different some of them.
