License plate Mount
Here's a pic of the license plate mount:
When I bought my HHR I noticed that the dealer had attached his vanity plate directly to the bumper
I wanted to run without a front plate as they arent required in NC but they stripped out the holes so badly that I had to cover up the mess!

Don't you just love dealers who MUST get their adverstisement on a vehicle one way or another?

Some dealers go nuts with the plates, stickers, and decals. Its not like you'd forget where you bought it if you didn't have their name plastered all over the place. I allow them one discreet little decal, and that's it.
