I really like the way the truck liner fits in and how you cut it evenly with the logo centered, nice job! Now you got me looking for one as well. Thanks for the idea.

I'm sure you have noticed, the center line is the key, since the sides are both spaced away differently..
The Gas Tank side is closer to center.. I pulled a string from the front center, to the hatch latch center, & made my patterns from this.
fwiw: the full size HD bed mat weighed 50 lbs.
Cut and fitted for my HHR Panel size is 26.5 lbs
OE Panel 2 piece mats total weight was 16 lbs.
So actual weight increase is only......... 10.5 lbs
Non-Skid + Cool Factor = Priceless IMO...

Not real heavy duty-but for most people this foam is just the ticket.

The first link is no longer(if it ever was) a full length mat. Second link is dead(times out).
