Good ground spot under dash?

I'm getting ready to install a fuse tap to power my new dashcam. I'm tapping into the passenger side fuse panel but just looking in the area, I don't see a good screw or bolt to use for the ground wire. Everything looks like plastic around the fuse panel. Has anyone done similar and know of a good metal connection in that area or under the dash on passenger side? Thanks gentlemen.

Find any of the metal frame that supports the dash.

Right under the cover for that fuse panel is some metel. I just drilled for a small sheet metal screw. There's pic of it here somewhere. The thread was about the remote started hack for 2008 rentals.

The BCM is bolted to the body. The cig lighter/power port has a ground wire.
