Saving this doc

I may be a 'puter dummy, but I can't seem to find out how to keep a copy of this document...
I would like to keep it in Microsoft Word, but I don't know how.

Mo, try this:
- Click on the Motionlab link.
- When you see the build book come up, press and hold "Ctrl" and "Shift" together on your keypad. Then press "S". A window should pop up.
- Click on "Save" in that pop up.
- It's a "PDF" file so it will be saved to "Adobe Acrobat PDF Saab Ecotec".
Look for that file on your desktop and click on it.
