Need to supply a little more info........what work have you done to determine any cause?

But if you have power to the latch and it just recently ceased working, it's probably the latch itself. A few have had problems with it.

Your owners manual provides a method to open the hatch from the access port of the interior. Also I did a "sticky" on the manual opening of the hatch.
You can find it in the Search field, above.

There was a TSB on the switch. They do break from people not understanding that it is a membrane switch not a mechanical latch.

try cycling the power locks, then try the rear hatch, some times you just need to remind it to lock and unlock.

I believe there is a fuse for the rear hatch in the under hood fuse box.

It happened to me last year... As others have posted, it can be a fuse, a defective switch or the latch selenoid assembly.

In my case it was a bad switch; you have to test it with a meter to diagnose that, and changing it requires that you pull out the complete inside plastic trim from the hatch.

Start with the fuse, then check the switch; if they both are good, replace the latch assembly.
