I am getting a vibration noise while driving coming from the headiner.Its actually quite annoying.Not sure what could be causing it

 

There is some issues with a few of the places where it is fastened to the roof. Take it to the dealer and they will repair it. They fixed mine in short order. Mine was lose just above the B pillar and it just needed refastened.

 

The headliner is stuck on with velcro tape. Its a heck of a job removing the trim pieces then pulling it down, attaching new tape, putting it all back right. My dealer was happy to do it under warranty though, the trim guy even came for a ride to pin down the location. It was just above my right ear.
That stuff doesnt last forever. Bean counters at work again.

 

i've got to take mine in too. When I originally got my hhr the front by the sunroof was down a little low, the velcro hadn't adhered right, so they reattached it. I have a pretty wicked rattle above my left ear and a smaller one on the right side. I've got to take it in, sometimes it varies by day though and I figure they won't be able to "hear" it and it won'
t be bad on the day I take it in.

Not to threadjack, but on noises, do you guys ever get a weird noise from your vents on setting 1? Floor vent, passenger side? It's almost like a electronic chirping noise or the sound of a cd player reading a cd, however I know it is the vent. It's going to be hard for them to find that one, intermittent, and drives me nuts.

 

Do you have the sunroof? I just got mine back from the dealer yesterday, they adjusted/tightened the crossbar for the sunroof and my rattle up there seems be gone now...

 

Sounds like the blower motor, I had mine done and the new one is actually a little louder.
