I wouldn't suggest putting it on if the car is wet. I'd towel dry it before putting on the cover.

If that happened to me...I'd have to kill the cats. Just kidding...I have 4 of my own, but they are all inside cats.

 

Don't towel dry it too much - the antenna might not fit in the cover properly!
