George I think it's using body spray to cover body orders.
Maybe the guy thought he could light a match like you do when passing gas.

I'm not even sure what body "orders" are. Anyhow, the title of the story does say:
"Chevrolet HHR Explodes After Man Used Body Spray And Lit Cigarette"
I'll stand by my relevant but humor infused comment.

When my Dad owned a restaurant, we usually had small propane bottles aboard when catering, depending on our food heating needs.
