Cool My biggest complaint is,

no cancel switch for the cruise control. You either have to tap on the brake pedal or turn off the cruise.

HHRNewbie - the "stubby" antenna is just that - an antenna that is two or three inches long and replaces the original one. They are threaded and screw on or off. They are available from most of the supporting vendors of this site or on eBay. Radio reception will definitely be affected especially if you do not live near high-wattage radio signal broadcasters.
I prefer the look of the stubby antenna and never listen to the radio to begin with, so it was a good, cheap investment.

Thanks so much! Yes, I doubt then I will want one, since I often listen to many, FM stations, in the area ~ wouldn't want to worry, about lack of reception I'm very intrigued, by all these possible mods, everyone has done to their HHR's (too cool!) ~ I have a feeling, the hubby won't be happy (HA!) if I get a lot done, but hey, it's my "baby" ~ LOL!

The cloth seats are the only complaint I have. The fabric is terrible and stains out of no where. I've never spilt anything on my seats..and they look hideous.

I know.... the light gray cloth ends up looking like you have a "personal problem"......

Some kind of seat cover will be in the works eventually.

Nice thread resurrection by the way....
