Hi,
I have the following question for the experts:I switched the speedometer
from miles to kilometers (since I'm using the car in Italy) but the instrument only has 120 as the maximum speed. In Italy we have a max speed of 130 km (80 mi but rarely observed) . I still would like to know how much over the speed limit am I going. Any suggestions?Thanks

 

You could get a GPS that has a speedometer display option. This would allow you to monitor your speed.

If the change to KPH is limited, you could carry a small graph for reference. Something like this.......

If it's worthwhile, swap out the speedo for a canadian version. Our numbers go to 200/KPH.

 

Could also put in a Aerofroce Scan meter. It will Do MPH and I am sure it can be used for KM too. It just plugs in the OB2 port. Order a pillar posd from a SS and it could be installed in less than 20 mon and look factory.

The SS dash Sucks because it is so small anyway.
