No. The original window sticker was still in the car. 2007 Chevrolet HHR SS Panel. I also have the title and it says 2007 as well.

As stated before, SS panel was built 1 year only. 2009
Regular window SS was 2008-2010.
I would say it's just a plain Panel and not a SS. But. Prove us wrong and post a picture of that window sticker.

2007 SS Panel?

Nope.

When I bought my 2008 black 1LT panel in late 2007, they had just introduced the SS model (with windows). I inquired as to ordering the SS in panel form, and was told that 'at that time, there were no plans to make an SS Panel'.
