HHR video I stumbled upon
Obviously, this is NOT an actual "SS", but overlooking that fact, it is still a very nice HHR.
Things I noticed:
1) No "bumps" on either bumper.
2) Radio antenna is moved towards the rear (3/4 way back).
3) 3-bar grill mod with carbon fiber overlay.
4) Running boards look like a hybrid between SS and LT versions.
5) Masked (painted) headlight lenses.
6) Shaved bowtie on rear beauty bar.
7) Half-assed shaved rear wiper.
8) SS sticker is peeling from front grille (seen at 0:49 sec).
9) Aftermarket wheels.

Not USA tags, are those Canadian? What is the amber light on the driver side knee bolster? I think the turn signals may be amber. One white spot light on the rear. The "fog"/"road" lights are properly aimed (at the road, not the leading cars mirror).

I like what he did. Clean looking mods.
I thought it might have been in Europe someplace. I think they have the large letters/numbers like that. Tried to see what the road signs illustrated but the video was edited in selected spots. Oh, and the blue portion of he pate appears to say, "EXT"....if my old eyes are not mistaken.
In any event, it was captured in the countryside someplace.......looking at the background, farm houses are evident in some scenes.

It's an Estonian registration, current style European plate, the blue band on the end displays the country where the vehicle is registered.
Licence plates across Europe were standardized with the coming on the European Union, but non-member countries still use their own tag variations.
Who knows if it was modified before being exported, or after, but the placement of the antenna is an interesting touch.
And he probably doesn't get much flack in Estonia about slapping SS stickers everywhere, over here it'd be another story.
