As we discussed in PM... I agree about child seats, etc. And of course, victims of disasters should be helped by the gov't.... to a point. But at some point there also has to be personal responsibility.

I don't have any snow tires. I do have two Jeep Wagoneers with big ole off-road tires. But to see snow these days I have to drive a couple of hours. And I generally would take one of the Jeeps in that case anyway. The only reason I drove the HHR in snow was because I was on a cross country trip.
