Nice to see your return to the site macwalker1.

you said: "People are always impressed with the car's "quickness" getting out in traffic "
Get that 2010 SS and you'll really show them how to get out in traffic.

Since I am not the one who necroed the thread, I don't mind adding to it.
I am glad to hear that folks are getting some miles out of these wagons!

When I bought my '09LT a little over 2 weeks ago, it had almost 141K on it from several previous owners. In fact, I bet an "owner's history" would be entertaining to read. Normally, I wouldn't look twice at a vehicle with that much on the clock, but the body was really straight and the engine very clean and the price was certainly right. When I started it up, it was incredibly smooth and responsive and literally purred at idle.

I have probably put 750 miles or so on it and have been pleased with performance and economy. I plan on driving it till the wheels fall off, hoping it will be well over that 300K mark.

2010 127K I just purchased it from a friend of mine and she hasn't done anything other than standard maintenance. I'm hoping for continuing long life cause I love this car.
Oh and I'm a newbee to this forum and hope to learn a lot about my Blue baby.

2007, 2.4L 5 speed manual. I assume that 198,333 qualifies me to join the club

I have had very few issues with the car over the years, my baby just turned 10. The only real problems I've had is swapping out the power steering motor and this week I have to purchase my second aftermarket catalytic converter. Has anyone else experienced issues with the catalytic converter? The mechanic I trust told me that the aftermarkets are not as good as the original converters and that the high ethanol content shortens the life of the converter.

Original exhaust piping on my 2006 now with 196,000 miles ..... Gregg is a Florida car though. Go OEM with the cats next time, you shouldn't have to change ever again.

132,000 as of yesterday. Still rockin' n' rollin' I keep up with maintenance between my own mechanic and the dealership. Thank goodness I have a good relationship with 2 Chevrolet dealership considering the horror stories I hear.
