It's been between $2.85 and $2.99 in the western suburbs of Cleveland. I read a story that said they will probably stay down through the end of the year. Good thing because the elections yesterday gave me not one but two tax increases. Neither one I voted for.

I saw $2.79 just now. There might be some a few cents cheaper though. Depends on where in town you are.

HA! That's right in NJ they pump it for you. Self serve is outlawed.
I did a paper on that back in early 80's. A strong independent dealers association lobbied again self serve, worried that company owned stations would put them out of business.

I am truly surprised it is still "full serve"

however, the attendant does not come to the drivers side window when your fill is on the passenger side. You have to lower your passenger side window.
Lukoil attendants started that, now they all do it.

nevertheless our gasoline full serve is always cheaper than across the bridge Phila 'self serve'.

Lukoil........????/

Just wondering why anybody would buy from a Russian owned company? Or for that matter, why allow them to dictate policy in the U.S.???

I've seen as low as $2.59 here in middle Tennessee, but the average seems to be about $2.63-$2.65. As for premium which is what the MX-5 takes I've seen as low as $2.83 at Sam's Club, but average is around $2.96.

so who do you buy from?
the British that run our central banks?
the Dutch that shipped the slaves?
the Rockafellers who want a one world order?
the South American dictator?
the Chinese that own our debt?

Yes, I do NOT buy Lukoil anymore, but it had more to do with the ARROGANT, RUDE, East Asian attendant!

Shell regular was $2.65 yesterday. I try to run Shell all the time, I get better fuel millage with it. Since I have had my HHR there has only been 3 or 4 tanks of non Shell. Each time I was on the road.

Yes, shell USED to be the only "Tier 1" gas (with extra cleaning additives) in the area, but now there are many Tier1 gas dealers...
