Update: Got my VIN yesterday. The car shipped 12/20 w/ an est. del'y 1/13. Time will tell if the rail / carrier problems have been sorted out. Allied, the "supplier" who has the contract to load rail cars and truck to dealers had evidently slowed things down since GM didn't want to compensate them on increased fuel costs. A new contract was announced last week. I bet the "problem" will go away with the new contract!

History: Ordered 11/8. Held for "constraints" (17" wheel supply problem). Accepted for production 11/24 with a TPW of 12/12.

2LT, Dark Silver Metallic, Cashmere Leather, 5-speed, sunroof, running boards and XM. Looking forward to it!

Hope everyone else who's waiting gets 'em soon!!

Yeah, I'd really like to see the "Charcoal" with Cashmere interior. Would've loved to have it, but I couldn't wait!

Be sure and push all your underhood fuses down before you leave the dealership! Hopefully, you can give all the salesmen a lesson about the fusebox so they will be more educated for future customers. I've also printed out the Rear Hatch TSB and schooled my dealer's service department about ordering the parts in ahead of time so I won't have to wait if/when mine fails. Gotta teach them nubies!

Best of luck - hope your train pulls in early!

Don't hold your breathe about the dealer stocking that part. Unless your dealer has a giant parts distribution set-up it will more the likely be special order out of Lansing or LA.

Just drove my fully loaded 2LT off the lot, 53 days after placing the order. I was a little worried by some of the things I read here, but the delivery went exactly as promised. It looks like any issues from earlier on have been resolved.

I just found out mine was loaded onto a truck bound for AZ yesterday, could see it by the end of the day. On a side note anybody looking for a black LT with grey leather, we got one in this morning. The guy who ordered got tired of the wait and bailed so it's available. Guess that will only pertain to AZ people.
