Its wet back in there
Here's something that bugs me. After washing the HHR, the insulation or whatever it is always is wet behind the door - see in the pic attached. Seems like after a few years it is going to get rotted out.

Do you think you'll still own it in a few years? 
If so, it might be something to worry about...
GM has been using this type of sound deadening material for decades though without excessive problems. My '57 and '63 Chevies both had it in different locations on the cars. I'm sure with the improvements made in modern materials, there is not much to worry about here.
