sent my stage 2 jet chip last week , the check engine lite came on and after 150 miles it went out, the my remote start would not work .... then next the car would not start... i removed the jet and all is fine.. remote works and car runs fine.

talked to jet today and they said the chip was fine.....

heres my question on a 08 2,4 which port should the chip go into jets tecs say port2 but the book sez port1

is it the top port that handles timeing and fuel??

oh and they will not replace it ... they say they need to check it out till monday ...

 

when there is a code remote start will not work.
get a trifecta tune or a hp

 

jj thanks , nice to know, they are repairing the chip as we speak .. what bothers me is that the tec said it was working fine...maybe jet makes this chip so your car won't run thus you save gas.....

 

 

I have known several who have installed chips in various cars and never has any of thembeen satisfied. I stay away from them. Always cause some problem

 

am going to give them a chance , the last chance and the ask for a refund and spend the bucks with trifecta

ok heres the deal jet is replacing the chip , i should have it wed .... a 5min install and i'll see if it really works....
