I thank you for your Ideas you all have on trying to help with my problem. They told me that they did hear it knocking but cound not fine the problem, As long as everything is tight and nothing was found wrong, I guess I will drive it till my wheels fall off, 80K you would think that something would need to be replace, but then again I take into the dealership for my oil & Tire rotation every 10 weeks and they check every thing under the vehicle. I guess I really am lucky because this Dealership has been great to me since they take care of my Police fleet of 45 vehicles.
My Dealership that I purchased my HHr from has never called me since I purchased my HHr.

Thanks again every one and have a great day

Rudy, maybe Punkin Head is the one you're thinking of...he's got over 100K on his 06. Shoot him a PM, he's a nice guy, he'll help with high mileage questions I'm sure!

My dealer replaced the Strut mounts first (most expensive), no noise reduction. Replaced he lower control arms next (also expensive), no noise reduction. Replaced the Sway bar links next, no noise reduction. Lastly replaced the sway bar bushings (very cheap), no more noise. All under warranty.

Try bushings first, cheap and easy. Very common side to side noisemaker.
