Is there really a problem going to a GM parts department? I will bet $0.02 they have it in stock.
I don't know what 14 mm bolts with nuts are on a LCA. Maybe you mean the ball joints? I don't think there is anything special about them.

The LCA bolt is $9.64 at Rock Auto, plus $5 shipping (slowest shipping method) for a total of $14.64.
The list price at the dealer is $13.99 with NO shipping. And they will likely be in stock (as Don has mentioned).
The 14mm bolts referred to here are the long 14mm diameter bolts holding the engine cradle/LCA. There are no available "official" nuts to replace ones that are on the car. If you spin a nut inside the cage, you CAN buy a nut with its cage but you cannot weld it in as is required. GM welded them before the car was fully assembled. I just bought a 14mm flanged nut (10.6 grade metric) at our local farm supply store (Runnings). I used a cold chisel to hack off the welds holding the cage. You will have to hold the nut with a wrench when you tighten the LCA bolt.

Yep, small parts will be cheaper or the same to just go to the dealer because of shipping.
