I haven't been on the forum since May 7th, '14. At that point my wifes HHR had a check engine light with 2 codes, Air Bag light, and a sticking passenger side upper strut bearing.

Well as of today the check engine codes and air bag light have all been cured. Currently waiting for the funds to do the front struts.

She had the 2 timing sensors fail, 1st was the intake side then the exhaust side right after I replaced the intake. One caused the other to fail maybe? As for the air bag light I pulled the passenger kick panel and zip tied the yellow plug for a tighter fit and soon as I did that the light went out on the next trip and stayed out.

It's been a good car up to this point. Outside of the non-stop recall letters for the ignition switch which has been replaced once already we're happy with it. Car currently has 75k miles and I just did an oil change on it last weekend.

Currently have to replace the struts in front, find a really quiet squeak in the right rear while driving (does not change when brakes are in use), and replace front pads/rotors shortly.
