I just found out that the air temp door driveshaft is broken.I removed the actuator and found the driveshaft broken.I continued to plow around looking for a way to possibly glue or find another way of putting the driveshaft back together and now I beleive that I have the mode cam out of sync.In fact I know its out of sync.
So Does any body have any idea on how to replace the door and drive shaft and then get the cam back in sync without having to disassemble the complete dash.Is this something left to the dealer?If so can anyone guess at the price?Im screwed and I dont have a heater in the car right now.

is it possible to maybe jam it open for now so u have heat on??sounds like a fun one...

 

that sound like a good idea. at least you will have heat until repairs are made.
