Mirror lights.
the lights on the mirror of the 07 hhr lt. Comes on when you open the doors... is it considered dome light/interior light in the fuse box?

Ok great, I've never even thought to look and see if that light comes on when you open the hatch. If it does, im gonna do an add a fuse, run off that one and install rear cargo light.

Why not splice into the dome light? Shorter wire.

Also note those lights dim out after key out driver door close.

I dont have a dome light. All I have is the lights in the rear view mirror.

I guess they changed, my 2008 and 2011 had dome lights/rear reading lights and cargo light.

The HHR in question is a 2007, so no dime light just the mood light over the console and a dome light in the back
