Okie dokie, point taken! But I don’t have a trailer, no trailer hitch, and the garden is finished, so I don’t need to haul that many bags of mulch. Nope, the BlackSwan isn’t used as a pickup truck anymore!

So many GM cars obviously got zero consideration for the possible need for a small trailer hitch, so the available aftermarket solution is typically an expensive kluge that is a PITA to install and weighs a ton.

I hear ya. I was suprised at how bulky and heavy the hitch was - I'm still debating whether to put it on or not - mainly to carry bikes - but between the weight of the hitch and the bike way at the back, I bet it handles like a pig.

As far a mulch, 20 bags is great for this little car - I'll just back on second trip if I need more. Let's just hope the snow is finally done for the season.

I know your a safe operator blue. Wasn't trying to slight you or your choices.
Once before my HHR I had 2003 Camry got 20 boxes of donated food in it to take back to the sorting gymnasium.
Only had the DS mirror for rear-view.
Just wanted to mention the trailer loads because recently my friend got rock (too much, poorly loaded) in his 1/2 ton 2wd Ram with rented trailer.
It got squirrelly at 55 mph downhill and it was a feat of luck to stop it safely. Glad I took my own ride that day.
